Sarah Adams
Line Dancing Instructor
By day, Sarah is a dedicated manager with the US Postal Service - but the moment the music starts, she transforms into something else entirely.
The life of the party.
The spark in the room.
The energy you didn't know you needed.
Born and raised in the rural South with a big city vibe, Sarah brings a unique blend of downhome warmth and undeniable presence. Her love for dance isn't something she studied - it's something she lives. From the first beat, she pulls you in with a contagious laugh, bold confidence, and a rhythm that makes it impossible to stand still.
She's the friend that gets everyone on the dance floor.
The one leading the line before you even realized you've joined in.
The reason you leave class smiling, sweating, and already planning your next session.
Sarah's classes aren't about perfection - they're about letting go, having fun, and moving freely.
So, whether you know every step or none at all, one thing's for sure:
If Sarah's teaching...you're dancing.

Feel the Difference the Moment You Walk In
Stop by our Recovery Lounge and take a moment just for you
At Eleve, this space was created with intention-for women to walk in and instantly feel it. The calm. The energy. The vibe. The exhale you didn't know you needed.
Every detail has been thoughtfully considered - from extra hair ties and dry shampoo to small touches like healthy snacks to go and cucumber water from our hydration station on your way out.
More than a studio, this is a space where you can show up as you are, feel supported, and experience what it means to be truly cared for.
Because this space was created for women, by a woman who understands that it's the small things that make you feel seen.
